Terms of Use

These are the General Terms of Use of SoccerExpo Services Ltd. 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, England, with company registration Nr. 12493864 (hereinafter “SoccerExpo Services”) for the use of the website footballafrica.directory. 6.5. Any further liability is excluded.

7. Contract term and termination
7.1.You are entitled at any time to terminate the license agreement with immediate effect without observing a notice period and without stating a reason.
7.2. Each party is entitled to terminate the license agreement for an important reason. An important reason for the termination by SoccerExpo Services is in particular if, despite a warning, you again violate essential provisions of these Terms of Use.
7.3.You terminate the contract by sending an electronic form provided by SoccerExpo Services on the website: In the user profile, on the right side next to the possibility to change your own password, you will find the “delete account” function. After submitting, SoccerExpo Services will immediately deactivate your user account. Termination by SoccerExpo Services is carried out by permanently blocking your user account.

8. Right of withdrawal
8.1.If you have registered with the website for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity, the following additional provisions apply to you as a consumer: you can register within two weeks revoke in text form without giving reasons. The period begins after the user account has been activated by SoccerExpo Services, but at the earliest upon receipt of this instruction. 8.3.In the event of a revocation, the services received on both sides must be returned and any benefits drawn must be surrendered. 9. Data protection

10. Final provisions
10.1.Substantive English law applies to the license agreement and the use of SoccerExpo Services’ services.
10.2. The courts in London are responsible for disputes arising from or in connection with the license agreement or the use of services from SoccerExpo Services, provided that you are a merchant or have no permanent residence in England, move your domicile or usual place of residence abroad after these conditions come into effect or if you Residence or usual place of residence is not known at the time the lawsuit is filed. SoccerExpo Services is however entitled to take action against you at other competent courts.
10.3.Should one or more provisions of these Terms of Use be or become ineffective, this does not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions. The ineffective provision is considered to be replaced by an effective provision that comes as close as possible to the economic meaning and purpose of the ineffective provision.
